1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

All tags, accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through CROZSI.COM.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

Customized or made-to-order products

Digital products or downloadable content

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide order details and reason for return.

Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us or arranging a pickup (where available).
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
Product exchanges are not allowed.
If you need a different item, please place a new order after returning the original product (if eligible).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

An opening video is mandatory to claim a return or replacement.

The video must clearly show:

The shipping label

The unboxing process

The product and any visible damage or defect

The video must be continuous and unedited.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
